Alisa bingo does have the basic boards to play in the beginning but has daily games(which can be used) and makes more exciting to play because of different patterns to complete to get a bingo. It’s a win win!!

I spent $10 to buy tickets and didn’t get them. Help!! I can’t win any games… this is after spending lots of &$ Also, tonight I can’t even get the games to come up. Don’t think I will be playing Alysa bingo in the future I just got a new phone and all other games transferred except Allysa Bingo!! Please allow me to play the other games!!!

Keeps freezing in the middle of game then numbers flood out so fast you miss half of them. Or freezes and declares winners without giving any more numbers

I could play this game all day

It’s getting to be exasperating to go in to play and you’re continuously kicked out! When you do finally get back in it says your place was saved and you received what you paid out, but how do I know this? For some reason I’m not really happy with this app/game lately, as it’s taking a year or so just to complete the blackout games puzzles and your updates are taking just as long! I only play this game because of the blackout rooms but I’m kinda wondering! Oh well we’ll see what the future holds! Friday May 22, 2020 Once again I’ve been booted out! Tell me or explain how would you feel if you only have three squares to go before a blackout is complete and you’re kicked out of the game? This has happened twice this week and now it’s getting annoying! The other day I was two from bingoing and was kicked out, and I tried to catch up but couldn’t! I feel that if you’re booted, Alisa Bingo should still give that customer the bingo anyway, what do you as a gaming company have to lose, except maybe a customer! I’ve wrote about this before and NEVER received a response, so I guess I won’t receive any responses this time either! Thursday August 20, 2020 Again I’ve been kicked out of the blackout game, and upon returning I’ve had to hurry up and try to mark all the squares that’d been called! Needless to say I didn’t get a Blackout, however, before I was kicked out I had a quite a few mystery boxes daubed, but when the Blackout ended, I only received 2 boxes! Now I would like to know had I NOT been kicked out, would there have been a chance that I would’ve received ALL collection pieces? To the Support Team, and All, this is totally redundant to say the least! As I’ve stated before, I’m sure this is going to BLIND EYES as absolutely NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE has ever contacted me back to say sorry, or keep playing as we are going to keep doing this to you again and again! Looks like I’m definitely going to delete this app as I continue to be kicked out or the game freezes on me. I wonder if I was a purchasing customer, would I be treated the same way? So Alisa Bingo it’s been fun for a while, however, no one was to be on the receiving end of disrespect! Sunday October 24, 2021 Kicked out AGAIN!!! Then when you finally let me back in, all 4 cards are devoid of any numbers having been marked! This game is great, but it seems to not let me not open. It sez that I don’t have an internet connection, but I have a strong signal and all my other apps open! I have reloaded the game twice, but lost all my credits! Will quit playing if this problem continues. Not happy!! This was my favorite bingo game! Every time I try to play, it says that I have no internet connection! My connection is just fine!!! I have put a lot of money into this game to keep playing . If you can’t fix this problem, I am going to delete my app. I am sure this won’t happen, but I would really like all my money refunded! I have played this game for 2-3 years. I do pay money to play it because it’s my favorite bingo game, and my daughter also plays it. Every so often we play against each other. I haven’t been able to get onto the game lately. It says that my internet connection isn’t available. My internet connection is just fine! Sorry, but I will no longer continue playing, unless they can fix the problem. I hope they reach out to me and refund my money. Which is more than I just lost recently, but what I have lost in the past. I don’t recommend this app, or game!

I love this game for several years. I have also had several problems. Now it says there is no internet connection. My internet is up and running fine. I have even called my internet company (Spectrum). Please fix.

I love this game too much I love it that almost every time they have that special I always have to buy it cuz you can’t beat it but I love the game I play it all the time cuz it’s loaded with good old bingo playing

Why am I blocked from my game after all the years I have been playing?
