My app goes to the loading screen, the bar gets to the full line and just stays there. Nothing else happens after that.

Greatest game ever

Unable to play game for full week. Let Alisa know a week ago that game wont load. How long does it take to fix. Notice others have same issue. The solution given was to use Facebook but I chose not to join Facebook. Fix the game

I updated and you took back all my tickets I purchased last month plus I put in a purchase of 2 pro packs and you gave me only 1! I lost $48!! You owe me 1 1/2 pro packs ASAP!! I love bingo but need my tickets and power!
